I am in shock ! Jerry was not just a close friend, but he was my next door neighbor. During the summer evenings, Jerry, my brother & I would sit on his front door step talking about local happenings, personal thoughts, feelings, & past memories. There were a lot of good laughs due to Jerry's quick wit sense of humor. I often still thought of those days. When I left Long Island, I lost track of him, but still often wondered where he was and how he was doing. To his family, friends & close classmates: I express my heart felt sympathy and offer a prayer that God will comfort each of you & ease the pain of loss you bear.
